Puppy Deposit Contract

Deposits made toward the purchase of a Dog are fully refundable for fourteen (14) days from the date the deposit is received.

After the fourteen (14) day period has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will not be returned if Buyer changes their mind, no longer wants the Dog, or otherwise chooses not to complete the purchase.

Buyer acknowledges that Seller may accept deposits for a Dog before the Dog or litter is born.

Buyer understands that their deposit entitles them to one (1) or more puppies, as specifically agreed upon with Seller, from the expected litter or, if applicable, placement on Seller's waitlist for a future litter following the birth of the current litter.

The specific puppy, sex, color, or placement will be determined according to the agreement between Buyer and Seller and the availability of puppies.

Buyer understands that payment of a deposit does not create an unconditional obligation requiring Seller to complete the sale or transfer of the Dog.

Before the Dog is physically transferred to Buyer and ownership is completed, Seller reserves the right to cancel or decline the proposed sale for any lawful reason.

If Seller elects not to complete the sale before transfer, Seller shall return the Buyer's deposit in full.

Upon return of the deposit, neither party shall have any further obligation to complete the proposed sale, except for obligations that expressly survive cancellation.

This provision applies only to cancellation of the proposed sale before transfer of the Dog and does not alter any rights or obligations that arise after the Dog has been transferred to Buyer.

This provision does not authorize Seller to avoid or waive any right, remedy, warranty, or consumer protection that cannot legally be waived under applicable Florida or federal law.
